PHOENIX — A man has died after an overnight shooting in central Phoenix, according to authorities.
The Phoenix Police Department said the shooting happened Sunday at 12:30 a.m. near 2nd and McKinley streets.

Police said the man was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, but he did not survive.
Police are looking for a suspect who left the area before officers arrived to the scene.
Anyone with information should call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or 480-TESTIGO.
Any tip that leads to an arrest in this case will be eligible for a $2,000 reward.
